Regulatory Labels

Clarion Safety’s regulatory labels satisfy both WEEE, RoHS, and China RoHS environmental directives’ as well as European CE, UKCA, and UKNI packaging and labeling requirements. Europe, China, and an increasing number of regions around the world now require markings on products (and component parts) to alert people to the existence of potentially harmful substances or elements that could cause a health or environmental hazard, as well as informing others that the product is up to industry standard. Waste from Electrical and Electronic Equipment, or WEEE, labels indicate the need for proper disposal of electronics and electrical waste to avoid landfill toxicity. RoHS labels communicate the presence of one or more of the ten hazardous materials called out in the RoHS directives, including Pb free symbols. Label regulations like CE, UKCA, and UKNI signal regulatory compliance from manufacturers in the European Union, United Kingdom, and Northern Ireland.
